Foundations (Intro to CrossFit)
Tidal offers multiple introductory options for individuals new to CrossFit! Regardless of which option you choose, you will finish the program with a new energy and excitement to pursue your health and fitness journey.
Tidal’s personal training memberships are available as a stand-alone option or an add-on to our group memberships. Our expert coaches will work one-on-one with you to help you reach your individual goals.
