An Inclusive Training Environment
It doesn't matter whether your child is a competitive athlete or completely new to the world of fitness - all of Tidal's workouts have options to suit each athlete's needs. Our facility is a judgment-free zone where teens learn to support each other. High fives and smiles are frequent occurrences here!
Supportive Coaches Who Are Here to Help
Each class is lead by one of our experienced Coaches who want nothing more than to see your child succeed. They will lead the class through warm-up, mobility, games, strength training and a conditioning workout - ensuring that not only do all athletes move safely, but that they have fun!
A Community of Like-Minded Individuals
For a teenager to commit to showing up regularly to a fitness program or sports team is impressive in itself. It requires self-motivation and a desire to improve. By surrounding themselves with other like-minded teens, it also provides them with the opportunity to build relationships and gain important life skills like teamwork and comradery.
Tidal CrossFit Bronte's Teen program, designed for teens 12-16 years old, runs in 8-week cycles.
Classes run Mondays (7:30-8:30pm), Wednesdays (7:30-8:30pm) and Saturdays (11:00am-12:00pm).
3x per week = $300 | 2x per week = $240 | Drop-in = $25.00
